Flow Return Policy?
The refund policy of getflow.com is quite clear. They offer a free trial for 30 days before subscribing, during which you can try all the features of Flow. If you need more time to try Flow, they are open to extending your trial. After the trial period, they expect that you've tried Flow and agree that it's a fit. If it's not, you can easily cancel your account online in just a few clicks. There are no cancellation fees – you can start or stop your account anytime. After cancelling, you can always rejoin by simply signing back in and restarting your subscription. All of your tasks, projects, and data will be just the way you left it.
However, they do not offer refunds apart from a few exceptions. They will grant credits in cases such as extended downtime or if customer service took multiple days to get back to you. But apart from these exceptions, they do not offer prorated refunds or refunds on new purchases. You or an organization admin can set the account to cancel before the next renewal date.
